  If I could give them no star rating I would.
  Experience well you couldn't call it that I would go more along the lines of a nightmare.
  I took my Toyota Hilux in for a leak that was coming out from the rear axle took it there before and asked if they could do it, and was told of course they could do it. So on the agreed day my truck was there at 8am and off I went. I had to go back to pick up a set of keys that I had left in it and found out that my truck had been taken off somewhere else because as I was told "it's not a normal Toyota hilux" (it's a bog standard hilux), anyway I got a call at 16:45 saying my truck was back but nothing had been done to it and was told "well you said that you could do it", then laughed at (which p***** me right off) and as they were told i didn't have the time to do so that is why it was there. As you can imagine I was not happy!!!!! so I went to collect my unrepaired truck. Yes cross words were said between myself and the owner and yet again I was laughed at again and told that he had booked it in for the following Tuesday at a different garage to get it done and it would cost me £120 I told the owner where he could stick his booking of my truck into a different garage and his reply was "I knew you couldn't afford it". Now the time is 16:55 and I don't have time to book it in anywhere else, yet again I was laughed at. With this I left.
  So not only have I lost a day's work (i'm self employed) I have lost two days due to CROSS WAYS GARAGE incompetence and inability to be able to repair a bog standard Toyota Hilux not even a sorry or anything.
  DO NOT USED WILL NOT DO THE WORK OR IF THEY DO THEY WILL SEND IT SOMEWHERE ELSE WITHOUT YOUR KNOWLEDGE OR PERMISSION AND STILL NOT GET THE WORK DONE!!!!!!!
